To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚七時許來到稻香吃晚飯。可能因為今天是星期一,所以顧客不多。我們二人坐下便翻閲餐牌。本想叫一個蒸石班和乳鴿的套餐,可惜已售清。最後,我們決定叫「節日暖窩心」的推廣菜式。$98的柚子珍寶蝦球先上枱,蝦球頗大隻,但可惜包著蝦球的粉槳太厚和濕,一點也不脆,反而在碟底的粟米片還是脆的。但無論如何,柚子汁甜甜酸酸,味道不錯。$88京式片皮脆皮豬隨即而來,我們叫的BB豬是半只,配有特色醬料如蔴醬、芥辣醬和甜醬。除了青瓜和京蔥外,還有酸甜山楂條,非常醒胃,亦能解了燒豬的肥膩,絕對是好配答。將以上豬件、配料和醬汁用暖的麼麼皮包著來吃別有一番風味。可惜的是脆皮豬不是每片都是脆的!
