To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午2時許，喺沙田買傢俬順便搵食， 撳飛攞位後，好快號碼牌便叫我的號碼， 以為可以入座， 點知等咗成10mins都冇人理會（心唸：唔通要等2：30下午茶開始，我地先入得），點知原來餐廳係冇下午茶…………………起初食既時候，覺得依個風味醬汁好咸，但若果你會食哂成碗飯既話，佢真係需要有依個咸度，因為豚肉底下只有飯同椰絲，係一D sauce都冇，冇農味野配搭，真係食唔落套餐要加錢先有咖啡或者其他飲品，如果唔想加錢， 餐廳都會提供一杯冰凍桃茶，都唔算太差，仲可以走冰，而個湯係超級清， 只係比起水多一點點蔥花
