To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 同朋友一行五人到星光行北京樓用餐,我們是預先訂咗要求了窗口位置。入去的時候覺得裝修好似有點upgrade 了,因為幾年沒有去過,配合燈光,餐廳感覺高大上,而且有大玻璃,可惜我們的位不是窗口只是能看到窗。但是沒所謂,重點應該去返食物嗰度。六點多去到的時候沒有太多人,晚一點差不多全場滿座,但餐廳員工極少,要大聲叫唔該才能找到一個人,因為你揮手是沒有人會看到你,完全不配合裝修。沒有叫套餐,選擇了單點菜式。餐廳定價比較進取,所以都會期望食物有一定水準,好可惜,沒有一樣食物是好吃的,而且沒有一樣是有溫度的。全部不是凍就是室溫,或者微暖。前菜不過不失,但係素鵝入邊只有紅蘿蔔。主菜是北京填鴨,一隻,$488賣相不錯,淨皮和連肉都有,適合不同喜好的人。可惜好老好鞋好柴。而且唔熱!包片皮鴨的餅皮是用一個火爐蒸著,但出奇地每一片都是冰冷的,應該是從雪櫃取出直接放上去,但係每一片疊起阻隔住蒸籠出蒸氣嘅位置,根本沒有辦法將餅皮蒸熱。其實呢一個爐只可以作保溫用途,如果你將凍的餅皮直接比客,直到食完飯都唔會熱。再食第二樣主菜,已經對呢一餐完全失去信心,呢一碟差得過份,啲肉全部好似湯渣一樣,真心難食,但係咁貴都係食

餐廳定價比較進取,所以都會期望食物有一定水準,好可惜,沒有一樣食物是好吃的,而且沒有一樣是有溫度的。全部不是凍就是室溫,或者微暖。

賣相不錯,淨皮和連肉都有,適合不同喜好的人。可惜好老好鞋好柴。而且唔熱!

,食係因為佢收得貴,唔係因為佢質素好,質素相比兩餸飯的還要差!

蔥爆羊肉,自己睇,不如叫蔥爆蔥加肉碎算啦,5個人可能每人冇一粒,真係好意思收人哋百幾二百蚊?要讚嘅係我地同店員反映,佢即提議換第二樣或取消,所以呢碟冇食,唔知味道。

呢碟豆腐,冇偷食,上枱就是這樣,味道係唯一好少少,雖然個汁都係奇奇怪怪,起碼佢係暖暖地,唔係室温。
其實我見到佢有微波爐㗎,不如你叮熱俾個客,個客都冇咁嬲,就算唔係好食,如果每一樣嘢都係熱嘅,你環境又幾靚,衛生又唔錯,又有窗有景,我都唔會有咁差嘅用餐感受,但係啲碟碟都係凍,想點啫?

甜品睇樣都幾靚㗎,有興趣自己去試吓,我就唔會再去。
環境本來想比5分,因為我入去嘅時候真係好唔錯(未入客),但到我走嘅時候發覺佢放晒啲機械人喺度送餐,降價到自己好似茶餐廳咁。扣1分,廁所幾靚,呢個係我諗咗好耐可以讚呢間餐廳嘅地方。

總結:環境好,乾淨,好坐,但食物唔得。
