To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假專登揸車入荃灣諗住搵好嘢食,叫了一個香茅牛肉河粉,但係冇配料冇配菜,牛肉非常之鞋,亦都冇乜牛肉味,湯底絕對係一碗越南粉嘅成功之道,但係呢度嘅越南粉嘅湯底完全冇驚喜,個湯底完全係令人非常之失望,好似好冇越南味道。係OpenRice見到好似好多好評所以先專登去荃灣食,點知越南河粉冇乜越南味,令到我好失望。。睇嚟要繼續係香港搵正宗嘅越南河粉。服務員服務幾好有笑容。但係應該都唔會做回頭客,唔會再嚟,非常之失望。
