To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 馬拉糕細件左,味道普通左,似一般酒樓既馬拉糕,冇以前咁好食。🥲🥲🥲金銀蛋瘦肉粥,料多,味道幾好,我覺得粥底有啲特別,同出面啲粥有唔同,但又講唔出有咩唔同紅油炒手小小辣,肉質夠新鮮,夠嫩。皮幾薄,唔錯。叉燒腸皮薄但唔多滑,料多,屬正常野。咸水角皮脆又煙韌,餡夠熱又多,趁熱食好好食👍👍蒸鳳爪味道幾好,正正常常焗叉燒包多餡,菠蘿皮脆又甜,叉燒餡又咸,甜中帶咸,食落又好好食😋😋,如果熱啲應該會仲好食,本人最推薦👍👍👍食完唔夠飽再叫多碟食,正😁😁杞子桂花糕,足料,多杞子,多桂花,不過好甜😅😅😅整體幾好,不過可能我懷舊,覺得十幾年前喺旺角食嗰陣,好食好多,尤其馬拉糕。唔知係哋美化左以前,覺得而家冇以前咁好食。

紅油炒手小小辣,肉質夠新鮮,夠嫩。皮幾薄,唔錯。
叉燒腸皮薄但唔多滑,料多,屬正常野。
