在街市買餸發現這家肉丸店,強調健康零味精、零色素、零防腐劑,好似幾好。牆上面寫着自己始於1967年,我鍾意老字號,所以打算買,各種丸齊全,選擇非常多,思前想後花了若$100,買了三款。豬骨濃汁貢丸、墨魚丸、傳統牛肉丸豬骨濃汁貢丸用台灣豬肉,混合豬骨湯精華,跟其他一樣加了香菇,煮熱之後好香,幾有肉味,幾濃味,唔錯。墨魚丸用100%墨魚製造,白雪雪好彈牙!傳統牛肉丸有牛肉味,好彈性,咬口好,味道好。後來知道這店規模不少,網上有得賣,不少傳媒訪問過,仲烹調建議很周到,下次行過會再買。
