To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經同事批准, 今日又去試新野*上海弄堂*既然菜肉餛飩出名, 當然要試試, 其實好普通....個湯底唔係太差既, 但個餡冇咩特別, 唔覺得有咩值得咁出名另外叫左個無錫小骨配菜飯, 無錫小骨個味好淡, 一D都唔入味, 菜飯就正常既由於想試多D野, 都叫多左個小籠包, 個皮好厚, 個餡一D味都冇...正唔正宗就唔知, 但D野都幾唔好食下...態度好差....明明有好多張吉既2人枱, 係都要我地坐人地隔離(隔離係呂方同個女人坐緊, 佢勁唔高興) 之後又要我地將張枱拉出拉入....一陣又話我地阻住人, 一陣又話我地阻住條路....叫兩杯豆漿, 又要分一前一後咁斟...全程就但係我後面講D客是非....聽到煩....
