本來3個人打算在荃灣食雞煲,但太多人七點幾要等位等到九點幾 於是找其他食店,點知都係一樣 後來大家經過細妹姐小廚就話不如打冷,但呢間店都坐滿人,剛好有人食完離座 我們就坐低食飯吹水,好彩改變主意,入到去望見餐牌和牆身貼滿小菜圖片,相當吸引 ,真係好多款式,我哋就叫左鹵水鵝片、香煎蠔餅、醬爆墨魚咀、口水雞、鍋仔馬拉盞啫菜心、避風塘豬肘骨和揚州炒飯,當未又小菜食時,就叫支啤酒一路吹水一路食炸花生和甜酸菜,估唔到前菜都噤好食,花生鹹得來好脆,甜酸菜,酸甜度適中又爽,吹吹吓滷水鵝片就到,好多鵝片好少豆腐魁底,鵝片好稔好入味,滷水汁好正 豆腐好滑,香煎蠔餅,新鲜熱辣出晒煙,咬落好脆好香口好多蠔,唔使點魚露都好夠味 醬爆墨魚咀,西芹好爽口,墨魚咀沾滿X O醬,口感好彈牙野味 望住已經流晒口水,雞好滑啖啖肉,加左碎花生增加口感,個醬汁杰杰地廉住雞肉味道甜甜地偏辣 鍋仔馬拉盞啫菜心,最重要係鑊氣,將蝦米、辣椒、肉碎和菜心一起大火猛炒,味道同啫啫煲一樣,鹹鹹地野味可口 ,避風塘豬肘骨,唔食得辣就要小心,因為最初食好野味,但辣味會慢慢浸出來,要飲凍嘢或啤酒解辣,個避風塘做法,用好多辣
