走入「細妹姐小廚」,第一口嘅雞蛋焗魚腸已經令我嘆為觀止😲。外層脆啱勁,一啖落去,魚腸嘅鮮滑同雞蛋嘅香濃融合得就似音樂交響曲咁和諧。口水雞出場,微辣刺激味蕾,叫人想一啖接一啖。啱啱好,金銀蛋波菜來喇,鹹蛋黃哈喇油,做到一個字—正!波菜嘅綠油油同金銀蛋嘅鹹香撲鼻,真係叫人忍唔住一盤又一盤。跟住上來嘅烏頭、花生猪手又係驚喜連連。特別係烏頭,嚟得肥美得滴油,嗌齊詞彙都表達唔到咁正!而滷水鵝片喺咁多美食裡面亦都起到點睛之筆嘅作用,滑而唔膩,嚼勁十足,每一片都令我讚嘆連連✨。啖啖猪肚鵝肉,味正力度足,真係食到心都暖笠笠。嚟呢度,唔單止係食嘅滿足,每一道菜,每一口嘅享受,都令人忘卻都市嘅喧囂。荃灣街頭嘅這個小角落,藏住唔少食客嘅開心祕密🍽️!希望下次嚟可以繼續發掘更多隱藏版美味! continue reading

今日放工後過去荃灣同家人會合,因為時間都已經8點幾,所以決定就先喺荃灣食飯,然後直接返元朗。由千色沿途行返去荃灣西站揾餐廳,家人突然想起位於二坡坊的細妹姐小廚,成日都見到好多人食,咁就試下啦。坐低叫咗京都肉排,蠔仔煎蛋,啫啫通茶煲。京都肉排 - 味道OK,不過肉質較韌,一般。蠔仔煎蛋 - 煎得夠香,蠔仔新鮮,份量亦OK。啫啫通菜煲 - 味道OK,有少少偏咸,屬於合格。職員服務合格,都算主動幫手。但環境太過嘈吵,我同家人就唔係太過頂得順,快快食完就埋單走人。 continue reading

為咗就我哋喺荃灣返工嘅朋友,第一次嚟呢度食打冷。   當日一行四人,未人齊一坐低就叫咗個韭菜豬紅(>^ω^<) 。豬紅份量足,味道夠,反而韭菜就唔多。 當日我熱氣唔舒服,但都忍唔住要食個蠔餅!佢係炸嘅,唔係煎,仲熱氣(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) 炸豬大腸炸完再炸。唔好。蠔仔粥就因為我有啲想搵熱嘢食,但又唔想叫白粥喎(腌尖),不過佢真係煮得幾好味,一碗夠兩三個人分。  腐乳通菜唔夠腐乳味,但係都係新鮮炒。其實全部嘢都普普通通,不過不失,最差嘅就係炸豬大腸咋。題外話,最驚訝嘅就係因為外面嗌交,當時我哋都好驚,佢哋差啲打交咁滯,地方有啲複雜! continue reading

自己都成日係荃灣食開打冷,見食泥食去都係個幾間,就搵間從未試過既細妹姐打冷試下經過甘多次都冇幫襯,點知一食就出哂事一坐低都冇咩野都係睇餐牌叫餸,價錢都係正正常常,係偏貴啲啲,三個人叫左個滷水雜併、西蘭花炒雞柳、沙拉蝦球、同一個後加既豉椒炒蜆個滷水雜併一泥到上台,我以為自己睇錯$148 蚊 份量少都唔緊要,竟然真係比啲超級下欄既滷水你,紅腸就大大塊,都算啦諗住間間唔同食完大半碟,再泥左個$98西蘭花炒雞柳,我未見過炒完既雞柳係鋪返係西蘭花上面完全唔覺個餸係炒甘,好啦都算,唔叫都叫左,一食落埋去啲雞柳鞋撚過沙紙,啲西蘭花食落係苦口,都算都諗住食你一次半次,冇下次最後泥左個沙拉蝦球$148。搵幾舊西蘭花伴碟,我諗依碟餸算係正常少少,啲蝦球係甘易炸一炸再撈沙律醬我諗應該都唔會難食得去邊,份量就見人見致,值唔值依個價錢就自己諗喇最好笑係食到最後一碟等左好耐我個豉椒炒蜆係泥都冇泥過,就忍唔住同佢講同我取消佢,佢話去問下,我已經同佢講唔洗,個姐姐都好行返泥講 原來個同事寫住你張單冇幫你落廚房單,我真係忍唔住同佢講,你間餐廳啲野甘難食,服務又差真係唔會有下次仲要漏單叫啲伙記拎啲餐具或者拎野飲,唔會應你好似又聾又啞甘,到你講多兩次就喝返你轉頭,甘唔願意做,真係好心執左佢,唔好係荃灣害人,餐飯食左$499 蚊仲要係唔飽,上菜速度係你食完一碟基本上先會泥第二碟甘濟,連最簡單既白飯都可以整到有啲生米,真係完全唔明點解可以係荃灣甘多年,真係推薦大家唔好去都介紹比人聽唔好去食第一次嬲到係依到打食評 continue reading
