To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇想像咁好食

今日喺尖沙咀行街，行到肚餓，就開OpenRice睇吓有咩食啦，見到呢間好評都幾多就去試吓。點知真係仲晒伏。。。叫咗幾個下午茶set都麻麻哋，見圖都覺得唔好。。呢個係豬扒包，嗰塊麵包皮唔係脆啊，係好硬。。好dry，賣相都好差呢個雞翼都係極品😂😂😂究竟係用咩炸皮，可以炸到咁樣，雞翼根本冇味。炒金邊粉算咁多個餐入邊最好嗰個，起碼有啲味道。另外，餐廳嘅環境唔算好好，有時都會見到一兩隻蚊飛來飛去，是員工都係行行企企，叫佢幫手拎啲醬料都冇乜反應。。。
