To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從領匯將彩雲商場翻新後, 增加了不少集團式的新食店, 讓我等街坊覓食多了選擇, 意樂便是其中一間. 餐廳跟集團其餘分店一樣, 以套餐為主, 餐牌也幾乎一樣.由於價錢合理, 所以每到午飯和下午茶時段, 門外都會聚集不少等位的街坊.週末中午接近二時, 已過了午飯的尖峰期, 但店子門外仍舊站了幾個食客等位. 由於我們一行五人, 店內的坐位卻以二人或四人枱為主, 超過四人的大枱只有兩張. 其他的二三四人籌已經全部入座了,我們還在門外等位. 後來, 一個熱心的侍應建議我們坐到臨時搭好的枱子, 雖然比較窄又近廚房出口, 但總比無了期的等待為佳.午餐的選擇頗多, 十多款內總找到想吃的. 包餐湯一碗或餐飲一杯. 意大利湯(右)湯面泛油, 感覺較油膩, 味道與什菜湯無異.牛乳忌廉粟米湯(左)因為加入了牛乳的關係, 入口頗滑溜, 有很甜的粟米味, 味道頗像日本自動販賣機所出售的粟米湯.得獎咖喱牛坑腩小鍋珍珠飯, 不是用小鍋上, 而是用普通的小碗和碟, 有點失望. 牛坑腩煮得頗腍身, 不硬; 咖喱汁夠杰, 用來撈飯不錯, 不過飯量較少, 不夠用來撈. 要留意這個咖喱味道較辣, 如果不吃辣的不建議點. 米蘭

得獎咖喱牛坑腩小鍋珍珠飯, 不是用小鍋上, 而是用普通的小碗和碟, 有點失望. 牛坑腩煮得頗腍身, 不硬; 咖喱汁夠杰, 用來撈飯不錯, 不過飯量較少, 不夠用來撈. 要留意這個咖喱味道較辣, 如果不吃辣的不建議點.

米蘭原茄烤豬扒焗珍珠飯, 內有不少番茄肉, 茄味反而不及平常吃焗豬扒飯的濃烈, 一般食店都是採用茄膏, 味道較濃重, 這個相對來說感覺較輕型. 豬扒也煮得不硬, 仍有肉汁, 起碼沒有雪味. 珍珠飯是炒過後再焗, 所以沒有平常的焗飯, 飯粒變得太腍這個問題.

牛肝菌汁烤雞焗珍珠飯, 牛肝菌汁的味道很濃, 有很重的菇菌味; 不過雞卻煮得僅僅熟, 有些還有點血水滲出......

百里香烤雞忌廉意大利飯, 入口吃不出百里香的味道, 反而有陣怪怪的味道, 猛然醒悟是羊奶芝士味! 本身不大愛羊奶芝士, 怕那陣濃烈的羊騷味, 不過這個還是可以勉強接受的; 意大利飯煮得太腍, 已經全熟, 沒有那種生米有點硬的口惑了.

以前也光顧過其他分店, 食物和服務水準其實心裡有數, 所以不會有甚麼期望. 以這個接近快餐店價錢來說, 已經算是合格有餘了.
