To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 壽司套餐:
吞拿魚壽司、池魚壽司、三文魚壽司、魷魚壽司、帶子壽司、腐皮壽司各一,壽司唔算大件,米飯上的魚生Size都算正常,新鮮;另外有青瓜加州卷4件,米飯灑上白芝麻,普普通通喇,壽司飯都好食嘅。

好爽,酸味啱啱好,好食。

和風燒三文魚扒飯:
有少許三文魚籽、紫菜,不過都可以不理;燒三文魚扒唔錯,皮有微脆,肉質唔鞋唔腥已經算幾好,燒汁都幾好味。

大阪燒:
上到枱,店員係面前即前切開9份,但我記得係日本食大阪燒時冇咁多醬汁係底嘅?呢個大阪燒被甜甜咸咸的醬汁包圍,中間有大量椰菜絲,麵粉漿都做得幾好,口感軟綿,不過小蝦、小貝柱份佈較唔平均,一係只食到芝士,一係只有一粒蝦。不過此始覺得太多醬汁。

料有三文魚腩、海膽帶子、牡丹蝦、赤吞拿魚、池魚王等等,全部都幾新鮮,不過實在太的骰,呢個價錢唔抵食。
