To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食晏時間門口要攞飛等位,我一個人,等咗大約20分鐘,見到侍應安排入坐都會優先選擇兩位以上嘅客人Number飛仔,最後叫剩一位嘅客人,先至安排獨個嘅客人入座。。。無奈!選擇全日餐,瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵,配煎雙蛋反蛋,蒜蓉多士。單獨講瑞士雞翼係好味嘅(5/5分)但係個公仔麵底就真係唔好食(1/5分)煎雙蛋反蛋,嚟到變咗好似炒蛋咁😣打上面有啲啡色嘅汁,好似係豉油,但係又冇味😔煮得太熟(2/5分),飲品叫咗熱檸水,冇新鮮檸檬,只係用精製檸檬汁加熱水🥴整體評分麻麻哋。
