To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人黎食,叫左佢地嘅「二人A套餐」試下。加埋前菜,有7種菜色,當然有咁多款菜色所以每樣都唔太多,但係分量黎講好夠兩個人食飽。「二人A套餐」醉雞、烤麩金湯蟹肉海皇羹(兩碗)翡翠乾燒大蝦(兩隻)北京烤填鴨(半隻)松露百合翡翠無錫灌湯小籠包(四隻)➡️二位用 $568➡️另加一服務費醉雞同烤麩一小碟醉雞微凍(係好嘅),酒味比較淡,雞味唔出,普普通通,切開左4塊,但係其實兩啖食曬😅烤麩唔錯,不過不失,調味幾好,唔會太鹹小籠包一共四隻,小籠包嘅皮非常薄,個皮容易穿,同埋冇乜口感,但係呢啲野個人口味,佢嘅風味係幾好嘅,水準正常偏上。翡翠乾燒大蝦偏辣,但係個醬汁酸甜咁幾惹味,大蝦燒得幾香,我覺得呢道菜係個套餐裡面最好食嘅。松露百合翡翠裡面的百合少得可憐,炒係炒得幾香,但係冇松露味。蘆筍非常老,廚房冇削左蘆筍外層嘅皮,基本上每一舊都有渣,好似食蔗咁,咬一啖要吐一啖渣。非常難食 ;(金湯蟹肉海皇羹幾好👍🏻真係有一嚿嚿嘅蟹肉,個人覺得如果佢比小小醋自己加應該會更加鮮。北京烤填鴨🤦🏻‍♀️烤填鴨除了10片餅皮之外,有附甜麵醬、京蔥條及青瓜條。係啊,呢度就已經係半隻鴨啦,叫嘅時候驚食唔曬,黎到就知道點解佢係兩人餐

醉雞微凍(係好嘅),酒味比較淡,雞味唔出,普普通通,切開左4塊,但係其實兩啖食曬😅
烤麩唔錯,不過不失,調味幾好,唔會太鹹

小籠包一共四隻,小籠包嘅皮非常薄,個皮容易穿,同埋冇乜口感,但係呢啲野個人口味,佢嘅風味係幾好嘅,水準正常偏上。


翡翠乾燒大蝦偏辣,但係個醬汁酸甜咁幾惹味,大蝦燒得幾香,我覺得呢道菜係個套餐裡面最好食嘅。

金湯蟹肉海皇羹幾好👍🏻真係有一嚿嚿嘅蟹肉,個人覺得如果佢比小小醋自己加應該會更加鮮。

烤填鴨除了10片餅皮之外,有附甜麵醬、京蔥條及青瓜條。

係啊,呢度就已經係半隻鴨啦,叫嘅時候驚食唔曬,黎到就知道點解佢係兩人餐。皮肉分離,個人比較終於皮連肉嗰種。整體黎講隻鴨烤得唔香,鴨味亦都唔出,鴨皮嘅油香未逼到出黎,反而食多幾件片皮鴨就覺得好膩。餅皮係蒸籠入面上檯,但係一攞出黎,未包好野食,已經開始硬,食落小似膠。應該係餅皮嘅麵粉比例調得唔好,令餅皮冇應有嘅鬆軟。


以專做鴨嘅餐廳黎講,呢個餅皮同鴨都唔合格💔
