前菜有三小碟,算係正常冷盤,不過不失。跟住上花膠螺頭雞湯,係幾好味既,不過都幾鹹,飲完之後口渴咗成晚。再黎黃金蝦,唔覺得香口但又未至於難食。之後有蔥爆牛都係唔覺得好食,一pat野咁。仲有條又細又唔脆嘅松子魚。食到呢度,主角片皮鴨都仲未到。記得我講過我地分開咗兩張枱坐⋯隔黎枱d朋友已經食咗一半片皮鴨,咁我哋果隻又去咗邊呢?咁就要追單啦。我估佢哋請唔夠樓面,揾人過嚟已經難,搵到人問又話片皮鴨係要等耐d。佢真係hea我,我隔離枱d朋友都清咗八成鴨咁滯,我哋d仲未到!叫人沖茶,又冇攞返壺茶返黎。等咗好耐碟鴨終於到,不過個皮唔脆仲開始出油!終於明白今晚d餸有咩問題,就係煮完出嚟d餸冇人傳菜囉,攪到碟碟餸煮完都放咗好耐先攞過嚟,咁d野一定唔好食啦。埋單果陣問個waitress有咩咭埋單有折,佢話唔知要問第二個!之後經理埋黎話hsbc埋單會送$300 coupon。嘩咩咁多謝呀,但係你送比我都唔會再返黎幫襯囉,又冇service, d野又難食

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
