鵝肝黑安格斯牛肉漢堡包配無花果醋汁$198 (5/5)無花果醋平均搽係焗脆嘅漢堡包內, 有助中和脂肪油膩感, 鵝肝煎過後, 中間好軟心, 有啲甘香, 芝士溶係牛肉面, 一啲都唔普通, 而牛肉肉質比較濃, 只食四分之一太少啦, 薯條有啲辣粉係面都唔錯, 返屋企比爸爸睇相, 佢都同呢個漢堡包吸引到, 約定佢下次一家去觀塘分店食 哈哈

全晚最驚喜之作原隻波士頓龍蝦Risotto, 上枱時保留龍蝦頭與兩隻大鉗, 造型好有霸氣, 以後面就係煮到入味嘅Risotto, 呢個比起帶子南瓜Risotto較淋好容易入口, 而肉質好鮮仲有膏味, 加上芝士簡直一流, 雖然定價好似有啲貴, 但食完真係值得!!

睇落咁乾嘅?? 原來食落都唔會, 第一啖好鬆化, 全因為慢煮嘅效果, 配菜有雞髀菇及辣嘅紅椒, 黃椒, 帶出味道主題, 亦有焗到好juice嘅一串蕃茄, 食完先察覺旁邊有一款牛肉燒汁可以加埋落去, 咁就Perfect
