約埋同事,去了西苑食黃油蟹,揀咗太古城呢間。之前食咗鴻星嘅黃油蟹,已經失望而回,希望今餐可以令我對現時嘅黃油蟹重拾信心啦。我地叫咗"黃油蟹、鮑魚、魚翅餐",包括六道主菜、加兩個甜品。1. 黃油蟹粉小籠包 - 入面係肯定有蟹粉嘅,唔知係咪份量唔多呢,好似感覺唔到蟹膏味咁,一啲都唔香,好在皮都唔算厚,但係已經冇咗原意。2. 馳名大哥义燒 - 唔知係咪唔記得提醒伙記要半肥瘦义燒,竟然有一部份係全瘦嘅义燒,真難頂,唔通唔記得講就比啲咁嘅質素我地,定係想我地食健康啲至比呢啲我地吃,呢碟义燒就銅鑼灣嘅西苑水準好過呢間了。3. 紅燒菜膽鮑翅 - 同你去飲宴食嘅冇咩分別,普通貨式,不值一提。4. 原隻鮮吉品鮑魚 - 算唔錯,口感一流,味道夠濃。5. 清蒸黃油蟹 - 真係幾重,應該有菜單上寫嘅十兩重,但係我地六隻入面,只有一隻算係出油,其他嘅比我睇就真係失望。6. 生煎海班扒 - 都唔知呢味係咩嚟嘅,好似啲雪魚扒咁,邊會有粵菜做啲咁嘅餸比人食架,啲魚一睇咁整法一定係唔新鮮啦......不提也罷。7. 杞圓菊花糕 - 做得個質地幾好,幾特別。8. 蛋白杏仁茶 - 雖然杏仁味充足,但係入面一粒粒、一啲都唔滑

8. 蛋白杏仁茶 - 雖然杏仁味充足,但係入面一粒粒、一啲都唔滑,質素低劣。

9. 生菓盤 - 幾好,一般貨色,切得齊整,擺放得宜。

Comments : 如果以黃油蟹為重點,一定失望,好似我咁。但係以粵菜而論,整體水準仍屬中等偏好少少。
