全晚的主角喜之次魚,一端上來時就有魚油與煙燻香味撲鼻而來!馬上夾起背部的肉來吃,雪白的肉質熱騰騰的,既鮮且嫩滑又有實在的感覺;喝一口純米吟釀,酒體中的水果香味與酸度,將魚肉鮮味的餘韻襯托得更美妙!而魚皮的油滑感加上魚鰭的鬆脆口感與清酒也是絕妙配搭!難怪喜之次成為日菜的高級食材,吃了兩次都是那麼美味而討喜!

鮮味食物過後就是到濃味的了;這道燒西班牙黑毛豬做得相當的紮實,而且烹製時間掌控得很好!肌里肉透著胭脂般的顏色,吃起來肉質細嫩;最外層的脂肪燒得點脆口,加上中間油脂,帶來些黑毛豬本身那股野性的味道與油滑的口感,整塊肉的味道就有著更多的層次,越吃越滋味!

而這蟹籽雞肉串有些花巧的地方,就是醬汁中有雞蛋黃,吃前先將蛋黃打散拌勻醬汁,再將雞肉串蘸蛋黃醬來吃;味道也是相當不俗,雞肉肉質厚實,本身調味也佳,配著蛋黃醬添加了特別的口感,也算是和諧的!

燒白鱔做得也是極致了,將白鱔燒到油份都逼出到表面來了,那香味散發開來真的很誘人!拿一串來吃,嘩,透著油香鱔皮也太嫩滑了,而鱔肉的本味也很突出,也夠脆滑,加上那微帶酸味的醬汁,再喝上一口清酒,整件事也就完美了!

作為主食的收結燒黑牛頂業,無論肉質與肉味都相當突出!吃起來的口感很豐富,肉質雖厚但保持到腍滑,而那本味與油脂都賦予了這串燒是個加大碼的濃牛味了!

而全場最完全的收結莫過於這柚子雪葩了!平衡的酸甜度,柚子的香味在冰凍柔滑的雪葩中巧妙地透現!吃了這雪葩,清新得有如感覺平衡了全餐食物的厚味,太美好了!

總結此餐,與好友在鳥居再一次為味覺充電,吃一頓日菜盛宴,至此確是高興與難忘!

而飯後水杯指數(食店食物調味濃淡度,5杯為最濃),本人給予2.5杯,值得高度推薦!
