呢道菜外形似港式餃子, 但餡料方面用左Venison (鹿肉)以及不同種類香料, 鹿應有既羶味能保留而且不會太重, 這一點非常難得!! 廚師更在配菜方面加入香脆及爽口的青豆。 令整道菜在口感及味道方面都配合得相當不錯!

三文魚是經慢煮並不是煎封而成, 由於是慢煮的關係, 魚身極之嫩滑。魚身配上豆苗, 碗石及三文魚子, 濃郁中散發清新的感覺, 豆苗更完完全全中和了三文魚油膩的感覺。
不得一提的是薯蓉方面也很出色, 口感幼滑不膩。

採用了A4 Tenderloin, 肉質嫩, 冧, 可見廚師為了保持牛的原味道,輕輕煎封了一下外層, 更令人難得的是並沒有多餘的血水滲出。配以pommes soufflées 以及
日本的茗荷作伴碟。茗荷味道清新回甘, 恰好令牛腰肉的味道更為突出。

最後一道當然是選擇甜品了, 底部由榛子雪糕鋪上一朱古力慕絲, 灑上可可粉及一些榛子脆脆。濃濃幼滑的慕絲的配上冰凍的雪糕, 而且甜度恰到好處, 喜愛朱古力的朋友們一定不能錯過!!
事後才發覺, 餐廳是採用了Guanaja chocolate, 難怪朱古力這麼濃郁!!


經過今次用餐後, 發覺廚師非常細心, 係炎炎夏日採用了酸酸甜甜的頭盤令人大增食慾。而且菜式構思, 用料方面更上一層樓!!  
最後以朱古力甜品劃上完美的句號!! 真令人陶醉~

另外無論在價錢, 味道, 環境, 服務方面都令人叫嘆!
