To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前係大角嘴返工，一星期總有幾日係到食Lunch，只從轉左工，年幾都無返黎食過...估唔到老闆仲認得我都係依舊午餐時間常常滿座黎親通常都係叫套餐，而我最鍾意食既係蟹子鮮蝦雲吞鮮牛肉麵(雙拼)款色雖然不算多，但價錢合理套餐有單拼和雙拼選擇份量尚算適中，不過麵餅比較少，很少有油菜可以免費選擇豆苗（季節性呢）麵彈牙，完全無鹼水味鮮牛肉，雖然醃過，但牛味還在同埋"淋"得黎都有口感蟹子鮮蝦雲吞，呢到係即叫即煮，唔會好似其他店咁一早煮好左擺到凍晒，好新鮮蝦好新鮮，彈牙，豬肉份量比例適中...我揀呢個雲吞有蟹子係入面，令到更彈牙更有口感
