話說上回吃過這兒的可麗餅出色之外,最令小人記得的龍蝦意粉,今回一於衝著此物來一次安哥!兩杯梳打:一杯乃荔枝密桃、一杯為檸檬梳打。荔枝密桃第一口嚐到清香的荔枝味,跟著密桃的甜美隨後泛上,竟然只是一杯梳打亦喝出層次!檸檬梳打酸中帶甜,開胃醒神!由蕃茄粒、蟹肉與牛油果砌成的蟹肉塔,集鮮爽、綿滑與及軟糯於一身。鋪在烘得香脆的多士上合體之後,成就了一道使人胃口大開的頭盤小食!伴碟的酸蘿蔔片更進一步地令蟹肉多士提酸,更上一層樓。芝士與龍蝦,永遠的黃金組合,單看賣相已垂涎三尺!兩個人分,每人半邊波士頓龍蝦,份量十足。啖啖龍蝦肉,滋味不凡,芝士汁濃厚芬芳,還有不少的蝦膏!意粉就是香草牛油,盡顯簡單就是美味,無敵地正!烤安格斯西冷牛扒同樣以巨型的姿態出場!牛肉紋理清晰,肉感豐盈,當咬到油脂部份更加甘香誘人!蘑菇汁調校得宜,無需另行加鹽。焗薯和焗蒜皆是相當出色的配角:焗薯有脆邊,而焗蒜也是勁香。又一次令人再三回味!
