今日再來一次,試嘅係鹿兒島 A5 和牛,烏東、手延烏東嘅分別,就係烏東係闊條,手𨒂係幼條。今次個蒸蛋,同上次食嘅又唔同咗,材料豐富好多之餘,蛋上面多層啫喱嘅嘢,可能係雞油,令到個蛋更香更滑。烏東湯頭唔算太熱,清湯帶有牛味,我地諗住鹿兒島和牛會係燒嘅,原來係切薄片,再用熱水拖一拖,就放上去。怕肥嘅 A5真係唔啱,唔好食,我唔怕,一入口牛味香濃嫩滑,反而個烏東,我地都覺得唔太好味,或者係和牛太強,所以烏東配唔上啦。最後我地都話,下次再嚟,都係食魚好呀。
