之前我曾到此食店吃晚飯,家人看到我的食物照片後亦很想再來回味一下。於是便訂枱吃晚餐。我們電話訂了晚上7:30,我們於7:15已到達食店門口,侍應生叫我們沿着食店左面的樓梯上一樓。這間房掛了4張泰皇的照片, 另有一幅畫了船屋的掛畫, 充滿了泰國特色。我們一行12人,點選下列菜餚:芋頭海鮮飯($68): 配料十分豐富,有芋頭粒、蝦肉、鱿魚、東菇絲,加點葱花更惹味,用瓦煲上枱更可保持食物的溫度。泰式生蝦($89): 蝦肉鮮甜爽, 醬汁酸辣惹味, 夾住辣椒片和蒜川一起吃, 更加香辣, 炸過的蝦頭非常香脆。冬陰功湯粉絲花蛤($83): 花蛤鮮甜沒有沙, 冬陰功湯底不算太辣且有椰香, 粉絲吸了湯底特別香辣。蒜蓉炒椰菜($59); 椰菜嫩綠清甜爽口, 加上蒜蓉香味, 味道格外香濃。糯米雞翼($55): 外皮金黃香脆, 糯米釀入雞翼皮內, 蘸點甜酸醬可减其油膩感。串燒雞肉,豬肉,牛肉,鱿魚:肉的色澤燒得金黃色,味道帶炭烤香味,肉質嫩腍,蘸點其特製花生香味的醬汁份外美味。泰式燒雞($68): 烤得雞皮香脆,肉質不算太肥膩,蘸點甜酸醬可減油膩感。蝦干炒通菜($59): 炒得通菜嫩綠, 帶點蝦干的鹹味
