To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚一家4口來食晚飯,今次是第2次來食晚飯,第1次去東來順已經印象很好,可能是在酒店內,所以service & 食物質素都很OK,今次食完第2次,很想寫一寫食評.......今晚試了:羊湯浸羊排:味道很"蘇",配上醬汁,味道不錯。賽螃蟹春卷:第1次來食過,覺得很好味,今次encore....(不記得是什麼)羊架:香料味很重,不過幾好味。蔥爆羊肉麵:這個推介,雖然好像很普通,但味道出奇地配合.....牛肉生煎包:我覺得比起羊肉生煎包好味道。川椒聖子(冷盤):是白灼,再加蒜蓉川椒醬汁,good!花膠:三百幾蚊,阿爸經驗之談,這個價錢+食物質素=抵食。很好味,推介!紅油抄手:普通,不是太突出。花鵰雪女紅浸盧魚:還是第1次試過花鵰浸魚這種食法,可能我都喜歡花鵰的味道,而且魚亦造得很滑,所以覺得這道菜不錯。推介!很喜歡這裡的環境和service,食得很舒服,以酒店內的餐廳來說,叫做抵食。
