To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為好食,所以專誠帶三個同事來吃。平日晚人不多,就算唔訂位都只須等一陣就有位。除了推介的焗魚腸同炒鮮奶外,還叫了芝麻蝦球、薑蔥魚鰾、椒鹽豆腐、炒菠菜同楊州炒飯。甘香的焗魚腸同炒鮮奶當然好掂,同事食過都話無介紹錯;芝麻蝦球唔算好大隻,粒粒都舖滿芝麻,幾香口。略嫌芝麻過多,蔽蓋了蝦肉味;薑蔥魚鰾係另一好有水準的菜色,魚鰾很滑溜,走過油再以酒及薑和蔥來炆,很惹味,值得推薦;椒鹽豆腐都細細件,幾香口,不過就要趁熱食,如果唔係會失色好多。楊州炒飯都好掂,蝦仁粒粒大大粒,炒飯熱辣辣好味。同事帶左支紅酒來開,但以菜色計其實適合飲白酒多點,加上不是太合心水的產地,所以都係淺嘗而已。開瓶費只收50蚊,又係非常抵!埋單五百,一人只一百多,抵食!個人覺得好過銖記好多,同東寶比較就各有長短,呢度較好坐但碟頭較少同價錢較貴少少,東寶就適合一大班人盡情的吃。
