Restaurant: Tsui Hang Village (Lee Theatre Plaza)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好開心有你都銅鑼灣呢間翠亨村食飯,今次我哋一行四人,各自都食到自己想食嘅嘢,尤其是今餐多咗一個特別嘅Menu係專門食海鮮同埋飲sake,啱晒我同班朋友,仲要估唔到呢個Menu竟然同好多間米芝蓮餐廳有合作,搞到我都心思思想食埋其他餐廳🤓講返食物方面,每人一個焗釀蟹蓋就一定㗎啦,仲配埋一杯清酒,隻杯好cute,唔係一般嘅日本清酒杯,而係西式嘅高腳杯形狀但係迷你版!蟹蓋用蟹嘅容器裝住,鹹香味十足,一絲絲嘅蟹肉配埋淡淡的忌廉,再加埋面頭焗到少少脆,配一杯佢嘅清酒真係好爽!我咁鍾意食蟹,原來佢夾嘅呢杯酒都有名堂,真澄,而且不得不承認同呢個餸都有幾分風味,可以去除當中嘅白汁膩,中後段則帶出幾分甘甜,同蟹相撮合🥰

講返食物方面,每人一個焗釀蟹蓋就一定㗎啦,仲配埋一杯清酒,隻杯好cute,唔係一般嘅日本清酒杯,而係西式嘅高腳杯形狀但係迷你版!蟹蓋用蟹嘅容器裝住,鹹香味十足,一絲絲嘅蟹肉配埋淡淡的忌廉,再加埋面頭焗到少少脆,配一杯佢嘅清酒真係好爽!

我咁鍾意食蟹,原來佢夾嘅呢杯酒都有名堂,真澄,而且不得不承認同呢個餸都有幾分風味,可以去除當中嘅白汁膩,中後段則帶出幾分甘甜,同蟹相撮合🥰
