To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看完某些負面食評後，不寄予太大的厚望，也盡管試試吧。試過後，整體用餐感受是滿意的。性價比在銅鑼灣的食肆來說，－般般至略貴。環境寬敞，坐得舒服。餐具齊全衛生，茶水夠熱。接待及服務員的太態度良好，服務周到。蠔皇叉燒飽：叉燒饀美味，包皮亦做得很好。香茜野菌腸粉：野菌饀豐富，腸粉皮剔透薄薄的，軟滑得來有點煙韌感。百花釀魚肚：三大件魚肚，百花爽口加上蟹子。高湯鮮竹卷：👍🏻有賣相，腐皮軟溜，蝦肉饀，高湯可口。

已經有一段時間冇嚟翠亨村飲茶，今日同老公兩個過咗銅鑼灣翠亨村。焗釀響螺，本身我自己好鍾意食，賣相都唔錯，食落口覺得味道硬係爭咗少少，而老公就話有少少不似預期，希望佢哋可以改善瑤柱竹笙灌湯餃，呢個反而唔錯，雖然味道唔算有好大驚喜，但係不錯。懷舊雞扎，呢個幾好食唔算好肥膩，魚肚都有味道，仲有半件大冬菇，幾好！總體而言比以前差左好多，另一個吃得好辛苦就係唔夠冷氣，邊吃邊流汗。明白到天氣太熱加上酒樓在頂層，已聽到職員叫開盡冷氣。。。。

本來是熟客，但係試過佢的炒飯質素都知參差，今次仲比錯野，前台落單態度非常惡劣，根本是吾憂做的，極失望，因此不會再在銅鑼灣堂食及外賣，從今開始永久black List

今晚原本慶祝孩子的爺爺生日，可惜在點菜時，請了一位女部長過來，不過她絕不耐煩，在我一味一味點菜的時候，她以不耐煩的態度回應，並在我嘗試在餐牌找最後一味長壽麵，而當我在翻閱菜牌的時候，竟然拂袖而去叫我自己再睇睇。這樣的服務態度，難怪全部香港人上晒深圳消費了。香港比呢啲咁嘅服務質素搞死了。
