今天帶家人來一趟,枱中央有魚兒在游泳,生動有趣。最出色是一道糟溜魚片,雖然是一道山東名菜,但家人甚是喜愛。魚肉雪白厚身,已去骨,很適合家中長者。肉質嫩滑,帶有淡啖酒香。食北京菜必吃北京填鴨,可惜太肥,沒有太多肉。小籠包是另一必點菜式。大大個小籠包肉質鮮美,肉汁亦很豐富,$68有六個,性價比高。老娘炒飯最大特色是用小米去炒,飯粒大小大約是正常飯粒約1/5。雖然用料簡單(牛肉、豆角),但炒出來卻很有飯香,口感亦很特別。鐵板牛肉一上枱香味四溢,但最注目還是份量,堆得高高的滿板牛肉夾雜香蔥。味道微辣所以吃起來很惹味,牛肉肉質軟腍鮮嫩,非常不錯。沙鍋雲吞雞由店員分成碗上枱,每碗都有兩粒巨型雲吞,雞湯味道適中不會過鹹。雞肉則是分開上枱,肉質尚算鮮嫩,不過份量就很少。
