To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隔一排又到食呢間，早陣子佢哋啲例湯淡如水，我哋無嚟一排，今次再食個湯又好味返。呢度啲伙記好有效率，呢頭落完單嗰頭就有 3 碗湯上，又會安排坐位，雖然大大聲但都算善良嘅 🤣🤣條紅柚好好味，好新鮮好滑，我哋清到好乾淨。醬爆四季豆炒魚鬆，呢個太咸，四季豆啲邊撕得唔乾淨，比較差嘅一個餸。菜莆肉碎炒蛋好味，上檯熱辣辣。餐茶叫咗檸茶檸水同奶茶，老實講，呢度啲奶茶真係無得輸，又保持到水準，有時去石蔭食飯就係為唔佢杯奶茶而揀去呢度食 🤣🤣

條紅柚好好味，好新鮮好滑，我哋清到好乾淨。

醬爆四季豆炒魚鬆，呢個太咸，四季豆啲邊撕得唔乾淨，比較差嘅一個餸。

菜莆肉碎炒蛋好味，上檯熱辣辣。

餐茶叫咗檸茶檸水同奶茶，老實講，呢度啲奶茶真係無得輸，又保持到水準，有時去石蔭食飯就係為唔佢杯奶茶而揀去呢度食 🤣🤣
