因為staycation ,所以,今次,再次去尋舊日的味道選擇係晚餐時段,點叫set dinner:前菜 - Tuna tartar ,以前最心愛的菜式,tuna 刺身粒fresh and juicy ,混合以garlic and onion,更提升味道的昇華,再配數片軽盈鬆脆的紫菜薄脆,又香又吾油膩,好好味呀!係舊曰的味道⋯⋯😃Soup - 蘑菇湯,creamy ,蘑菇味濃郁,湯熱辣辣,要慢飲,慢慢欣賞,又係舊日的味道主菜 - daily catch of the day - pan fried ,魚肉結寶,滑溜,配菜豐富 - 椰菜花、紅椒、青椒、蕃茄粒、薯仔,食得飽足甜品 - 有四、五款,揀選了yoyo,presentation 頗靚,但不是我喜歡的口味,我favour比較實實際際的甜品,譬如: grandma apple pie with ice cream ....整體來講,舊日的味道返嚟喇...
