To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前同朋友嚟食過印象係性價比高,今次帶屋企人嚟,原來12月統一換晒節慶Menu,加幅都幾多,不過佢啲嘢算大份,都OK啦,下次等佢變返普通Menu先再去🤣椒鹽墨魚咀 $138上次食過墨魚咀勁正今次當然要翻兜,炸粉包住嘅墨魚咀大大粒好彈牙,有少少蒜粒好香口金銀蛋浸時蔬 $108有八款時令蔬菜可以揀,金銀蛋通常配莧菜但今次就冇得揀,揀咗白菜仔都幾夾,鹹蛋同皮蛋切粒份量好多,金黃色嘅湯鹹鹹地好鮮甜,食完菜都飲咗一碗,飲落唔覺得有味精同太鹹蜜汁叉燒皇 $168肥瘦均勻有少少燶邊唔錯
