To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前排係沙田某間酒家食完片皮鴨後感覺麻麻地,所以今日就再試試呢間嘅片皮鴨 😋 一行三人叫咗蔥油海蜇頭、小籠包、賽螃蟹、點心拼盤、蜜汁火腿、烤北京填鴨。蔥油海蜇頭 ($95) : 海蜇頭好爽脆,而且份量都合理,配埋餐廳提供嘅芥末醬食相當滋味。😋小籠包 ($75) : 小籠包每隻都幾大粒,夾起嚟無漏汁。👍🏻點心拼盤 ($125) : 拼盤有點心系列同炸嘢系列兩款,自己鍾意食蝦餃燒賣,所以就叫咗點心系列 ; 點心拼盤內包括有四款唔同嘅點心,蝦餃、燒賣、鮮蝦菜苗餃、黑松露餃,每款都好好味。😋蜜汁火腿 ($170) : 金華火腿味道鹹香,配上香脆嘅炸豆皮同蜜汁,可以用香、脆、甜嚟形容,不過可惜得五片。😝賽螃蟹 ($148) : 自己覺得呢個賽螃蟹超哂班 😍 蛋白有咬感之餘熱辣辣,而且重有好多配料係裏面。🤤烤北京填鴨 ($318) : 餐廳有餅皮同生菜提供,所以顧客可以有二種食法 🥰 片皮鴨每片都切得唔錯,鴨皮夠脆之餘油香滿溢 🤤 同上次果間真係天淵之別,唔怪得每枱客都有叫。
