To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係上一次同朋友high tea 嘅時候，high 到5點幾見到waiter 開始準備dinner buffet 嘅野食，見到啲甜品流哂口水，所以同fd約好左再黎dinner buffet 拼過!餐廳的環境真係唔錯，好有feel，仲可以係103層高享受美食，好岩情侶約會，因為坐位唔多所以唔會好嘈。一入到去緊係唔少得要欣賞下個甜品櫃，好多精緻嘅甜品，唔知食邊樣先好。有我愛的Macaron ，重有好多口味，差不多俾我試哂唔少得緊係朱古力cake la，好香濃的味道，仲有一粒粒的朱古力，幾有口感。仲有一杯杯仔嘅冷食，三文魚，芒果蝦等都ok.主菜我第一樣係食龍蝦，ok大隻喎好鮮，所以食左2隻。我都係以食海鮮多，新鮮程度ok，但食青口就好似無咩味，但都滿足了我今次主打係dessert，但不費我的期望
