To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前已試過早餐了…很想再來試一下下午茶,今天再來點了一個「野菌豚肉炒烏冬」,和一個鐵板的「韓式芝麻燒汁焗雞扒飯」;先說烏冬,吃第一啖覺得很有驚喜,因為烏冬的質量很彈牙,就喜歡它不會太軟、有咬口,而且以下午茶來說份量相當足夠;至於鐵板飯的米,吃下感覺像是日本米煮成,看一下菜單就是珍珠米,分量相比烏冬較少一點,也就跟一般下午茶的份量相約,我們還加錢叫了一杯特飲「碟豆花檸檬茶」紫紫的很漂亮,整體來說,這個價錢有這個份量及味道以算是十分不錯,下次會再來的。
