這次是"火煱同好會"的第二次聚會,地點亦由九龍城來到了天后這家在OR甚獲好評的上品火鍋.這店的裝修環境雅緻大方,侍應穿上整齊制服,和街坊小店相比完全是兩回事.十多人佔據了近門口的一張大檯.早到的已經先把餐牌看了一遍,待各滾友到齊可後立即點菜!侍應遞上一整盤十多款的調味料,這時心裡在想的是:湯底夠味材料夠新鮮,還需要這麽多款調味有何用?炸芝心蝦丸----作為餐前小食不錯,蝦膠鮮味彈牙中間芝士味濃郁.蘸了點食友剛買來的大孖辣醬,產生了不錯的味覺化學作用.煎水庫魚頭鍋/麻辣鍋----魚頭鍋湯色呈奶白,味道鮮甜!麻辣鍋看似合格但麻辣程度屬小學級別,雖加麻加辣多次但也吃不出一滴汗(甚至侍應說出動到"押箱寶"級別的辣油).但也諒解到麻辣不是這裡的賣點.普通手切肥牛、特級手切肥牛、安格斯牛肉----每款也各來一碟待合口味的再追加,頭兩款表現只屬一般,肉味偏淡帶少許筋,安格斯向來有軟淋肉質之保證但切得較為細碎,吃完各款後這款是唯一的追加.看來牛肉也不是這裡的強項.鴨粉腸拼鵝腸/豬爽喉/醉雞/桂花蚌/粉腸/餐肉/魚腐/炸魚皮/貢丸/豬膶/雞子/柏葉/冰荳腐/生根/皇帝菜/黃牙白----各款材料也只屬合格

鴨粉腸拼鵝腸/豬爽喉/醉雞/桂花蚌/粉腸/餐肉/魚腐/炸魚皮/貢丸/豬膶/雞子/柏葉/冰荳腐/生根/皇帝菜/黃牙白----各款材料也只屬合格水平,並沒什麼驚喜或追加的必要.
番茄灌湯牛丸/蛋黃墨魚丸/蝦滑/墨魚芝心三色椒/墨魚釀蓮藕夾/明太子釀冬菇/流沙汁釀墨魚丸----原來各種手打丸類、蝦膠、墨魚膠類才是這裡的主打!流心丸中表現最好是番茄灌湯牛丸,一口咬下茄味濃郁!另一不錯的是蛋黃墨魚丸,咬開後咸蛋黃漿甘香,但墨魚咸蛋黃是膽固醇爆燈之物,宜淺嚐即止.其它的蝦膠類也是鮮味十足,爽口彈牙!
手卷付皮----腐皮雖只得薄薄兩圈,將一條分半放湯,未及一秒已淋!另半條蘸甜酸汁吃,入口非常油膩!墊底的吸油紙更已滲透過底.
公仔麵、稻庭烏冬、粉皮----也是普通貨色而粉皮放進麻辣鍋內良久也吸收不到辣味之餘吃起來還有一點溢味.

這店的環境較適合情侶或兩三知己到來多一點,全場客人也靜得像圖書館一般,沒有了打邊爐的熱鬧氣氛.侍應的服務勤快,唯獨是開瓶的收費有點混亂.整體來說整餐火鍋就像一條水平線,中間並沒什麽起伏.吃後沒留下特別的印象.
