To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次同屋企人去IFC都一定會食江南，大人細路都岩食今次平日6點去到，我地全部一共有4個人，而且不用等位! 開心開心!室內環境不大，但依然有吧台，可以一路食一路睇拉麵師傅表演拉麵，都幾開心架今次都叫左唔多野食，其中最愛的係以下呢幾味，菜名唔知有無錯，比大家參考下：嫩雞煨麵、一口鮑魚家鄉炒飯、雪菜毛豆百頁、蜜汁火腿烤雙方、麻醬雞絲粉皮、涼拌海蜇、高力豆沙最中意江南既高力豆沙同其他翡翠拉麵小籠包鋪頭唔同，黑色係流沙奶黃餡，白色係傳統既紅豆餡，勁好味！推薦！
