To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小雨天係我中學時期其中一間成日去既餐廳,因為20幾蚊就可以寫到一碗多料既米線加一杯大杯既凍飲。小雨天雖然鋪位大,但因為枱櫈多,排得比較密,所以坐得有啲唔舒服。係中學覺得無乜野,但上到大學,特別係之前由大學宿舍走,拎住勁多野去食,都有啲麻煩⋯⋯其實對上一次去,叫左中學成日叫既滑雞小鍋米線。一食,發現米線唔知係唔係浸得太耐,啲米線「林」曬,無米線個種Q彈既口感。但佢既滑雞比較新鮮,唔會老之餘,肉既質地真係綿滑,可能係因為佢地係用灼的方式令到雞岩岩熟,唔會太生或者太熟,失去滑的口感。而每碗米線都有啲配料,當中包括肉燥。肉燥真心都要讚一讚,佢地唔會將佢切到肉碎,令人食左好似無食,或者因為太細粒,跌入氣管CHOK親。佢地將肉燥處理到肉碎的程度,令人有種食到肉的感覺。而且配料中既酸菜亦為成碗米線加多左一陣酸味,唔會太突出,但你會覺得有啲味道襯托出成碗米線。之後去到批評既地方。首先,佢地既辣比之前的差,之前都話唔錯,但依家既辣變得膚淺,辣只會到咀唇。其實好既辣應該要令你頭皮發麻,有種欲仙欲死既感覺,而辣到咀唇只會令你食到想死,完全唔想食,好彩既係小雨天既辣都未去到個種咁討厭既地步。而最大問題既一點係
