To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次係二訪好吃吃光，都係無失望！🙌🏻🙌🏻1️⃣起司薯餅蛋餅（$36）一入口感到薯餅夠熱而脆口，裏面亦充滿芝士味，同時食到生菜嘅爽脆，口感豐富👍🏻味道亦剛好，餅皮嘅汁唔會太濃🤤2️⃣月見蚵仔魯肉飯（$62）很喜歡「月見」，即係蛋黃，同個肉汁好夾，加埋一粒粒嘅珍珠米飯食落落煙靭，配合埋滷肉少少肥嘅油脂，真係好滿足好好食😋主角波仔每粒都飽滿又好多粒，真係大滿足嘅配搭💕3️⃣芋泥鮮奶（跟餐加$20）只係加$20係良心價🥺因為有好濃郁嘅鮮奶味，而芋泥又有好多，標準糖夠甜之餘唔會好甜🥰最滿意係本身夠凍但無落冰嘅，飲到最底都唔會淡咗！4️⃣慢煮豬軟骨飯（$65）豬軟骨非常夠淰，簡直係入口即溶嘅感覺！！而且每舊都大大塊👍🏻又夠入味，餸飯一流😆加埋紅蘿蔔上菜嘅顏色非常吸引🙌🏻📍總結：-值得一食再食嘅餐廳❤️-唔升級飲品嘅紅茶都好飲👍🏻
