同朋友行街有點累又有點餓,我便提議去食串燒。是關先前在尖沙咀食過這間串燒店,覺得水準高,又知道他在銅鑼灣有分店,便馬上想去再食ㄧ次。到了店內,裝潢當然是日式風格,坐得舒服。再看看餐牌後,很快便點了菜了。蒜子番茄沙律 : 去了皮完整ㄧ個凍番茄,浸泡在酸甜汁醬內,再混入頂層蒜泥一起食,又清爽又開胃,真係不錯的開胃前菜。豬顎骨 : 上檯時還以為送錯,因肉色比較深,看似是牛肉,但原來是錯覺。肉質比較有咬口,肉味亦比較濃,用來陪酒ㄧ流。豚肉芫荽卷 : 芫荽清新的味道,配合埋薄薄豚肉片,卷在ㄧ起燒,再在外層淋上少許醬汁,味道恰到好處。燒粟米 : 粒粒粟米肥大有光澤,口感多汁又清甜,真係愛不釋手。鹽燒三文魚魚頭 : 火喉剛好,三文魚頭燒得夠乾身,香脆無比,還灑上椒鹽和七味粉,十分惹味,我被整個魚頭征服了,連同軟骨都ㄧ同食埋,十分幸福。威士忌highball : 食串燒怎能欠缺杯中物呢!威士忌highball 淡淡地,用來配串燒真係夾到極。總括來講,跟上次的體驗ㄧ樣滿意,食物又好食,服務又好,相信不久我又會再次光顧。
