To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. - 蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子
口感超好 廚房控制火候十分好

- 辣酒煮花螺

不過不失 有酒名 不太辣

- 豉椒炒花甲
正常味道

- 西蘭花炒帶子
都幾好食

- 鹽焗奄仔蟹

呢個不得了 好好味呀 能帶出鮮味
咁樣整 應該係最好食

- 芝士焗龍蝦伊麵

ok 好重芝士味,我地覺得還是清蒸好

- 椒鹽瀨尿蝦
呢個無得輸的,啖啖肉

個芝麻卷很有芝麻味🫰🏻唔甜

買海鮮買左 $2000 左右
加工就用了 $1900 左右

一人預 $500-$600 就 ok
