朋友想食地中海菜,其實之前食過一次, 所以今次再去試吓其他野食Juno Tasting Menu (2 sets were ordered)✅All Starters To Share✨Iberico Ham 48 Months新鮮焗製嘅迷迭香意大利麵包,口感鬆軟,再加上伊比利亞火腿,酥脆鹹香👍✨Burrata Pugliese布拉塔塔流心水牛芝士配上有機小蕃茄,感覺清新美味😋✨Tuna Tartare吞拿魚他他配檸檬西柚味醂汁,酸酸甜甜、再加上脆米片口感一流!✨Egg Tonnato將吞拿魚蛋黃醬泡沫、酸豆和三文魚籽放入雞蛋造型入面,口感非常幼滑!我個人最鍾意食呢個頭盤👍✨Padron Peppers青椒以初榨橄欖油炸成,再用海鹽作簡單的調味!青椒表皮幾香脆 ,帶有少少鹹香!✅Main course✨Seafood Fideos西班牙紅蝦好鮮甜彈牙,蝦頭有好多蝦膏:而短麵就用了中空麵條,每一口都可以吸滿醬汁及海鮮既精華,相當掛汁,非常鮮昧!✅DessertTiramisu口感 creamy 輕盈細滑,加上濃郁的咖啡香及微微嘅酒味!甜道剛好,真的不錯👍✅Tarte Tatin酸酸甜甜既
