早幾天吃完泰式船麵覺得有點不夠喉,想起之前在太子吃過一間很有水準的泰式餐廳,今晚決定再訪一次。🦐🦑海鮮木瓜沙律~沙律內有爽脆青木瓜絲,紅蘿蔔絲及花生粒,鮮蝦大隻,魷魚爽口,配上酸辣泰式醬汁,非常醒胃。🥥🐔雜菌椰子雞湯~有別於冬蔭功,此湯以大量椰奶配上大大件雞肉、雜菌、車厘茄、南薑和檸檬葉烹調,既有南薑和檸檬葉的香,亦帶椰奶的甜,濃郁開胃。🥦馬拉盞炒通菜~色香味俱全,通菜沾滿馬拉盞醬,咸香惹味。🐷青咖哩豬頸肉飯~這的青咖哩做得非常出色,餐廳細心將豬頸肉與青咖哩分開另上,豬頸肉燒得爽口彈牙,青咖哩既香且辣,並帶微甜,下飯一流。🇮🇳印度烤餅~反正有咖哩,我們心多多叫了一客印度烤餅蘸咖哩汁吃。烤餅外層香脆,內層鬆軟,非常滋味。
