呢間位於北角嘅火鍋店都開咗一段時間，之前都嚟過幾次今次再嚟整體食物質素都keep到！餐廳裏面裝修充滿宮廷風，而且都係卡位，坐得闊落同舒服。佢火鍋湯底都幾多選擇，今次揀咗康熙花膠雞湯，呢個都算係餐廳嘅招牌，店員會將大大塊嘅花膠剪好放喺湯底，先飲湯，個金湯煲得好鮮甜，仲有陣陣骨膠原，然後再加埋啲雞件入去，雞件肥美不過略嫌少少唔夠滑。至於火鍋材料，我哋都嗌咗幾款一齊share:本地牛頸脊騸牯牛肉賣相好靚，上碟會用乾冰形式，牛油紋理幾均勻，肉味香濃，輕輕淥一淥就食得宮廷餃子拼盤共有10隻，有和牛芝士，菜苗帶子，韭菜豬肉，馬蹄冬菇豬肉同芋泥豬肉味，我比較鍾意菜苗帶子同韭菜豬肉餃，餡料多而且食落幾清新黃金雙拼係即叫即炸嘅鹹蛋黃魚皮同響鈴，兩款炸物都炸得非常香脆，加埋鹹蛋黃嘅加持勁邪惡但又好好味，響鈴淥一淥索咗啲湯就可以食得，而鹹蛋黃炸魚皮就建議就咁食，咁樣先最正我哋仲嗌咗雜菜拼盤解油膩，整體裝修同食物質素都keep到水準
