週末放工後,太座說來陪我吃晚飯,我們相約在新蒲崗,來到這區,第一個念頭是得龍,畢竟上一次來,已是多年前的事。來到店前,赫然發覺隔鄰開了新的用餐區,裝修和氣氛與原本的店格格不入,彷彿是另一間店,也許地方會整潔些,但是我還是喜歡用舊瓶喝舊酒。來得龍,不預訂,不可能吃到鴨腳包或金錢雞,惟有吃其二線名菜,山渣咕嚕肉$90,入口的感覺,不及數年前吃那次的脆皮,但仍是很與別不同的,糖醋的比例恰當,肉質軟硬適中,上品。花尾龍躉翡翠兩味$298,一食是油泡,伴西蘭花,點菜之前,已知花尾龍躉只是肉質不錯,但魚味欠奉,靠廚師的廚藝搭夠,夠鑊氣,味道調得不錯。二食是炆頭腩,加了火腩,豆腐,冬菇等去炆,雖然配角,質素也不馬虎,頭腩亦炆得入味,不腥,份量看似很多,其實大量生菜墊底。薑汁芥蘭$50,爽脆不苦,亦夠薑,好味。送的紅豆沙,不太甜,喜歡;桂花糕則太削、太腍,很差。
