To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然上回的體驗不是太好, 但聽同事說此店的限定版拉麵不錯; 剛巧小人那天因工作沒吃午餐, 肚子打著鼓, 便甚麼都不理, 在早放的下午來個late lunch… °o°按照同事介紹, 點了限定版的喜多方拉麵。跟X丸不同, 並非豚骨湯, 而是雞湯+魚湯; 不得不讚的是湯底甜美、而麵條方面, 一風堂改用粗身的扁麵, 勇於嘗試， 值得一讚!!六塊豚肉, 滿足之至…所有配料也不太差~~~ ^_-壓根兒無需花巧, 就是一碗熱的拉麵已教人回味無窮, 期望下次吃一風堂能更上一層樓!!
