To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再食都仲係咁好味

呢間嘢開咗咁耐, 男朋友都仲未試過, 今日又落大雨, 所以近近地嚟咗呢度食男朋友第一次食, 穏穏陣陣要咗個四小辣 + 豬潤 + 牛肉而我依然係食番四小辣 + 腩肉 + 雞肉, 另外仲加咗個細o既麻辣雞翼男朋友好鐘意個湯底, 因為夠濃同麻我諗我知點解譚仔普遍上菜都較慢, 因為部份應該係逐碗煮, 而唔係就咁夾啲料入去就上枱點解咁講呢? 因為男朋友要咗豬潤, 而佢碗米線個湯係有煮豬潤獨有的泡泡 (即係豬潤啲血水)而我嗰碗個湯係較清的, 所以我諗唔係一早煮好晒, 而係有order先煮, 所以上枱時係好熱辣辣的豬潤同牛肉都好味, 但雞肉好似碎咗啲, 腩肉夠肥, 但唔夠爽, 不過點都好過食丸, 丸到到都有得食嘛到食雞翼先發現自己笨咗, 因為個湯已經係麻辣, 到食雞翼嗰陣個咀都已經麻麻地, 所以都唔係好食都雞翼啲麻味不過個雞翼應該都係新鮮整的, 因為碗米線都差唔多食咗一半先上雞翼, 雞翼煎得都ok乾身下次再食要試酸辣湯底
