To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

農曆年聚會這全包宴這樣可有預算,此酒席也真是《足量足料》^_^!陳皮鮑魚用料(陳)皮,鮑魚不是(鮑魚孫)。發財好市用足料:有海參,鵝掌,蠔士,冬菇等扒豆苗,《大家好欣賞那蠔士;做足手工不會邊淋心硬,蠔士心都做到軟。》蒸魚的用料正,用上真正(大星斑)真材實料(因試過有店寫龍頭腩,居然上菜式是用青斑頭腩;非常不誠實,已為客人不懂分別😧。),《非一般酒樓通常用的沙巴斑魚^_^!;星斑尾巴跟其它斑不同,魚檔老板教看尾(熟了也無走雞的樣子😅)!》。整體這酒席大部分是非常滿意,只有雞是比較失色(好嚡)和水果中的柑有2個是有(變味)😦!
