好耐有打過高質邊爐,呢排開始凍就想黎滾一滾,入到黎一坐底就聞到好香嘅椰子味,原來係而家新出左個椰子雞蕃薯蜆濃湯鍋,但母親大人琴日先煲完雞湯,所以今次就唔簡雞湯住啦,留返下次有機會先。今次簡冬瓜瑤柱鍋,鍋中間有大大個冬瓜,而冬瓜上面有素翅,雞肉、蝦、蟹柳等。煲到咁上下嘅時候店員就會過黎幫手將冬瓜切開,之後就可以開始打邊爐啦。冬瓜令到湯底鮮味提升, 清甜美味,不油膩, 感覺好健康, 用來做火鍋湯底認真一流手打蟹子鮮蝦丸好彈牙,蝦味夠濃郁。手打蟹子墨魚丸一樣好彈牙,但唔同在中間會有墨魚粒令質感更豐富。日本稻庭烏冬用黎吸收個湯嘅精華一流,煮完之後嘅烏冬勁好食,所以之後再encore 一次烏冬食。山水滑豆腐用左百福嘅滑豆腐,食落真係好滑。黑松露蟹肉餃黒松露味好濃,咬開見到一絲絲嘅蟹肉,正。紫菜腐皮卷炸得好香脆,就算煮完之後都唔會淋晒,keep 得到酥脆。
