{食盡旺角之日式 — 燒肉 JuJu }————————————————今日收工想係旺角簡簡單單食個飯,日式燒肉定食係唔錯既選擇! 份量可以自己揀又有儀式感🫡🔸 A4和牛赤身120g + $18轉 日本蛋紫菜飯120g既份量女仔都足夠,不過如係食肉獸就可能要揀食180g先夠滿足🤣,佢個餐本身就跟左一隻蛋,係俾你燒完個和牛再點一點d蛋汁黎食, 即刻提升咗和牛味道嘅層次,提提大家燒到岩岩好熟就好食啦, 和牛薄薄一片好快熟,千祈唔好overcooked呀😝🔸 壺漬原條蒜香豬腩配明太子烏冬滿滿嘅明太子鋪滿半隻碗, 加埋紫菜 木魚同香蔥,再加埋隻日本蛋,撈一撈一啖食落去口感豐富, 豬腩條蒜味唔算特別重, 放喺鐵架上面燒個陣可以剪開細細塊燒會容易熟啲, 仲有好多唔同醬汁可以點😋Overall comment: 餐廳都幾貼心有小籃子畀你放外套同手袋, 咁食燒肉嗰陣時就唔驚件外套整到啲燒肉味啦😄
