To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣一凍就會想食啲熱辣辣嘅野,烤魚一定係心水之一依間烤魚都食過好多次,一開始係因為有朋友係到做,介紹咗我黎食野之後係覺得味道唔錯所以想食烤魚的話都會諗起依間~今次見到上網訂位仲有折就更加抵食烤魚的話江團魚一定是我的首選~魚刺比較少,大骨頭為主,不怕卡魚刺而且就算魚肉煮久了口感依然滑嫩有豐富的魚脂香氣,重點是不會有魚腥味很適合作為烤魚的主角。之前我都是點剁椒湯底的,但今天想試試其他的就選了老壇酸菜~酸菜給很多厚厚一層鋪滿了整條魚,底湯夠酸夠辣,作為配菜的寛薯粉吸滿了湯汁,味道很濃,酸得很過癮朋友叫了白飯拌湯汁加魚肉一齊吃,超下飯~我也忍不住多吃了兩口飯一串兩隻的小鮑魚~醬香味很濃,鹹中帶微甜鮑魚彈牙爽口,味道口感都蠻不錯新鮮炸起很香~脆脆的炸衣加上爽彈的魷魚配上解膩的喼汁,很涮嘴的小吃

烤魚的話江團魚一定是我的首選~魚刺比較少,大骨頭為主,不怕卡魚刺
而且就算魚肉煮久了口感依然滑嫩有豐富的魚脂香氣,重點是不會有魚腥味
很適合作為烤魚的主角。
